Had to have skimmed milk to ensure that I get home in one piece. The second day, decided to have a bar instead ... was highly unproductive, and the third day on- usually supplement with a bowl of veggies to make it easier.
I have lost 6 pounds in 4 days, but I dont think i can keep up with this... lots of discomfort :-/ Any advice?

In response to:Off the Rails

Hi Gabby,
I'm on day 2 and just been reading through your diary, I hope I can do as well as you have.
Although I have never done a VLCD I love reading the blogs and also the posts on the DH Forum. I also know that after your first week weigh in you will be euphoric and that should spur you onto week two!!
Good Luck.
