Had to have skimmed milk to ensure that I get home in one piece. The second day, decided to have a bar instead ... was highly unproductive, and the third day on- usually supplement with a bowl of veggies to make it easier. &lt;br&gt;

Although I have never done a VLCD I love reading the blogs and also the posts on the DH Forum.  I also know that after your first week weigh in you will be euphoric and that should spur you onto week two!!&lt;br&gt;
