Well been busy the last few days so didn't write a blog for those days. My second weigh-in is tomorrow BUT I'm not really expecting a good weight-loss.

First of all I drank beer on Saturday, and unfortunately I have eaten!!!!! Altough I didn't eat a lot, I beleive the ketosis would have been hindered as I ate carby foods.

Despite this, I am still motivated to continue the diet, and to be honest I didn't enjoy eating at all. I guess I'll put it down to experience and don't think I'll be cheating in future!
