Day 9 and so far so good. Despite drinking beer last night, it doesn't appear to have increase my want of food, although I hope it will not show up when I go for my weigh-in.
Spent most of the afternoon/early evening at a friends house, watched the Carling Cup Final (poor Wigan) and helped put together a kitchen table and chairs. As they were preparing their dinner they felt guilty about mentioning food, but it honestly doesn't bother me. After all, if I can't bear to even hear about food, how can I seriously expect to continue?
To tell you the truth, I have had many thoughts about what I'm going to binge on, and end this crazy diet, but the fact I have'nt for a week and a half has made me more determined to stick it out.
