Hello and Welcome!

Heard about the Cambridge diet from my aunt and was directed to a few blogs. Was simply amazed by the potential weight loss and the idea of not eating food (sole source) but the shakes and soups. I 've been over-weight since childhood and have battled to lose my weight. Despite numerous methods (and although success, as in a lot of cases, I put the weight back on and more). Enough is enough and I'm excited to begin what I am sure will be the beginning of a great journey.

Saw my counsellor last night and started the diet this morning. My current weight is 149kg (328lb/23 and a half stones) so there's a lot to do! Fingers crossed!
